Yes, you are stupid. You want your 7yr old to be like you. Uh.. well lets think about this. How well did Tennis work out for you? Hmmm.. you tell her you played tennis...but really, you played for one season and were never really any good at it? M'kayyyyy...so now she thinks you REALLY played it. Nice dummas. It would be half way okay if you actually still played and actually invested time to TEACH her how to play...but that's not the case is it? Mmmm...no.

So now, you're letting HER decide.... a SEVEN year old... if she wants to take Spanish or French. Lemme guess, it went something like this:

You: We have to sign you up for a language class. What do you want to take?
Her: I don't know...what did YOU take?
You: French, 6 years of it!
Her: I want to take French then just like you!
You: Okay - walking your dummbass over to sign her up for FRENCH when you're stupid ass took 6yrs and still can't speak a fucking lick of French, not even to ask where the bathroom is.

Do you think in this day and age that she will benefit, in this country, from taking French? Huh... let's see... in Montessori school, they taught her spanish and she was good at it... so now, you should probalby mix what spanish she knows, with the VERY Similar french... GOOD IDEA YOU FUCKING MORON!

Ugh, good lordy, can you make just ONE fucking parenting decision without thinking about forming her into a mini-you? Where is your brain you idiot?

So there's that.

And then on the flip side, the baby news.... We're supposed to have H on Tuesday night and that weekend that we come home from the hospital. We're supposed to have H because her mom is going out of town with her boyfriend. Well, the grandma... has offered to stay an extra week so she could be here when we are supposed to have H... and the other night, the ex offered to keep H and bring her by the hospital after the baby's born... Where is this nice streak coming from?

I almost feel like it's the calm before the storm. stay tuned... :)
