Yes, it was lovely. Flowers, cards, showered with diamonds.. it was everything a girl could dream of. Well, it was all of that, except the diamonds part. But the flowers and card were nice. Gave my cat a piece of the greenery in the bouquet. That shit worked better than catnip to get him stoned. Rollin around like an idiot. Kind of like me and my dear sweet husband after a bottle of wine or two.
I was a fool to think that man of mine wouldn't get me flowers. He knows better. :) I should have known better too.
