A lil beach time. Shell Island, GREAT people watchin out there. This was Friday afternoon so there weren't any crazy partyin fools out there yet. It gets so crazy, it's been nicknamed "The Redneck Riviera". Good times.
American LeMans series raced here for the first time this year. That's always an interesting race when you mix Audis, Corvettes, porches... I believe there are 4 different categories racing together.
HEY! That's Tony Kanaan back there in the khaki shorts! Man he's a shorty!! And also the only driver that hung out with his car, greeting visitors. Pretty exciting to me. I dig that guy.
And of course in front of Dario's car.
Dario wizzin by us at 1000 mph or so. We were at a bar back by turns 5,6, or 7 ish.
